From our standpoint, this question is the simplest to answer - we love people and we love the concept of home. Home means so many things to so many, but at the core it represents the best parts of those who inhabit it. To be so fortunate to ease the transition of continuing the story of a property from one to another, is not only incredibly enjoyable for us, but an honor.

Batley Design takes on each job with a holistic approach, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it needs to be long and drawn out. We understand deadlines and aim to come into a project, take the madness out of the process and turn it into order and a final product that is either the sale of a house or a house ready to market as vacation rental.

From lighting, hardware, countertops, and paint to furniture, down to the tiniest vase, we aim to connect all the points that make a homeowner fall in love with their home to the next person, with a thoughtfulness and spirit of play that make the process a fond experience we hope all of our clients look back on with a smile. While return on investment is a key element of our design process, it’s our mission to make the the homeowner feel that their home truly represents who they are, or in the case of a home listing, maximize the potential for prospective buyers & renters to fall in love with it as well.
